  • Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of London external programme at Advance Tertiary College (ATC – Penang), graduated in the year 2017
  • Currently pursuing a Certificate of advisory Practice (CLP).

Background

Upon graduating from the University of London, she immediately commenced her advisory field exposure by having a permanent position as Paraadvisory in Messrs Peter Cheah & Co. During 2 years of such position, she was exposed to various experiences in Direct Developer’s Projects and Conveyancing Matters together with Perfection of Transfer and Charge. She was also able to directly liaise with various banks, that includes but not limited to Public Bank Berhad, Maybank Berhad, Hong Long Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank and many others (‘collectively referred to as The Banks’).

Thereafter, she proceeded her paraadvisory at Messrs Teoh & Teoh, Subang Jaya, for the next 3 years practising in Conveyancing specializing in sub-sales, refinancing, small estate distribution, non-contentious civil litigation matters, Petition for Divorces, Will drafting, Probate and many others. During the first year of service, she also signed up for the CLP for the batch year 2020.
Meanwhile, she has co-founded Siraaj Liana & Partners (formerly known as Liana Ali & Associates) on par with the now Managing Partner of Siraaj Liana & Partners (Puan Liana Ali). During this period of time, she was greatly exposed to various conveyancing matters and also general litigation which not only tremendously increased her interest in advisory matters but also increased her experience in many ways.

Currently, she continues to be a member of Siraaj Liana & Partners, and continues to provide services in Conveyancing matters that include sub-sale, direct developer, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, General Litigation, Petition of Divorce, Drafting of Will, Probate and many others.
