Background

Holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in January 2017 and a MAICSA Post Graduate studies Candidates since 2020 until today specialized on Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance.

Siraaj had commenced pupillage at Messrs. Bahari Choy & Nongchik and then at Messrs Abdul Malik Zamri during his commencement, he was exposed to various experiences in general litigation, banking litigation & corporate matters inclusive of Debt and/or Loan Recovery starting from the issuance of advisory Notice of Demand, Summons until execution and/or enforcement of Judgment inclusive of writ Seizure & Sale, Judgment Debtor Summons, Judgment Notice, Writ of Possession & Writ of Distress.

After completing his pupillage he had commenced his first year of practice as an advisory Executive at AMI Capital Investment Sdn Bhd, Bangsar specializing his practice in Corporate advisory and Financial Investment.

His interest is deeply rooted in Corporate Law, Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance. He had numerous experience in drafting Corporate agreements, conducting due diligence exercises, attending courts’ case managements, conducting trials, just to name a few.

Due to his knowledge in the field, he is also able to give advisory advice and consultations in matters involving Corporate Governance Best Practices and Business Risk Management.
